Unfortunately, we have to conclude that the issue likely lies with your electrical installation. We’ve taken another close look at it and found that your home is equipped with a 3 x 230V system without a neutral conductor. We’ve encountered similar cases before where electric vehicles are not compatible with this type of setup, preventing the charging process from starting. This is especially common with newer car models that require a minimum amperage or a neutral conductor, which is missing in your current installation.
The only viable solution is to upgrade your electrical system to a 3 x 400V + N network. You’ll need to arrange this with your grid operator or energy supplier. Please also note that once this is done, we’ll need to visit again to adjust the installation, and a new inspection will be required.
